EXEMPTION FROM OBTAINING AFFILIATE APPROVAL BY CENTRAL TELEPHONE COMPANY OF VIRGINIA
TAKE NOTICE that on July 18, 1996, Central Telephone Company of Virginia (“Center) filed an application requesting that the Commission grant it an exemption from the requirement of filing and obtaining Commission approval for any contract or arrangement between Centel and its affiliated interest(s).
The Commission has scheduled a hearing to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday; January 29, 1997, in the Commission’s Second Floor Courtroom in the Tyler Building, 1300 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia, to receive evidence relevant to the application.
A copy of Centers application and accompanying materials are available for public inspection during regular business hours at all of Centers offices where bills may be paid. A copy of the application is also available Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Commission’s Clerk’s Office, Document Control Center, First Floor, Tyler Building, 1300 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia. On or after October 11, 1996, a copy of Cental’s testimony and exhibits will be available at the same locations.
