When the vote was taken for approval to spend the money for the signs, Messrs. Lynch and Critzer voted against spending the money.
Mr. Reynolds discussed new or amended definitions which the town Planning Commission has been working on for the ordinance. He said that a definition regarding an "ancillary structure” is really the definition of structure and felt that the word ancillary was unnecessary. The word ancillary is not in the ordinance, he said.
He said that the town planning commission will be working further on the definitions and then they will be discussed at a public hearing.
Steve Critzer said that when the roads were paved in town, a valve box was paved over and that needs to be uncovered. He said that Rappawan needs to come and find it and $750 was approved as a limit to spend for this job and to buy another load of round stone for repairing the sides of the streets.
