Eva Pullen
Eva Mae Pullen, 71, of Culpeper, died on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
She was bom on Nov. 14, 1925, in Culpeper to the late Lawrence Luther Printz and Gertrude Virginia Woodard Printz.
She was a member of Alum Spring Baptist Church and was a member of the church choir.
Mrs. Pullen was a seamstress and cook and was well known for her cakes.
Survivors include two sons, Leonard Earl Pullen, Jr. of Culpeper and Ruth Ellen Garnett of Free Union, and two grandchildren, Jamie Michelle Dodson and Jodie Lynn Dodson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Earl Pullen, Sr, one grandson, Brian David Dodson and one granddaughter, Jennifer Marie Dodson.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Feb. 14 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. John Miller and . Rev. Mark Jarvis officiating.
Interment followed in the Washington Masonic Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Steve Hemmen, Collis Fincham, Bill Pattie, Lewis Hawkins, Robert G. Apperson and Claude Berry. '

Bessie Sisk
Bessie Young Sisk, 89, of Sperryville, died on Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Culpeper Health Care Center. - She was bom July 4, 1907, in Washington to the late Bergie and ! Fannie Foster Young.
She was a member of the Sperry ville Assembly of God.
Survivors include five children, Charles Ashby Sisk, James Russell Sisk, William Edward Sisk and Dorothy Jane Pullen, all of Sperryville
