Another Salem way note has the community offering congratulations to Mrs. Cathy Tharp who received lapel pin and service award for ten years employment at the Second Bank and Trust. Mrs. France Tharp Horner received a five year recognition. Congratulations to Miss Bethany Tharp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Tharp of Salem way, who is the local winner in the Tools for Tomorrow, All American Vocational Student Award. She is a senior and vice president of the local F.B.L.A. Chapter at Culpeper County High School and also a member of the National Honor Society.
Joseph and Jennifer Peregory both achieved the Honor Roll for the past semester at Rappahannock Elementary School where they are students. Young people we are proud of you, so keep up the good work.
Belated birthday wishes go out to my nephew, Clarence Frazier of Woodbridge who celebrated last Monday and happy wishes to nephew, James Frazier who has his day tomorrow, Thursday.
