Community Thanksgiving service set
The annual Community Thanksgiving Service of the Washington area will be held this year at Washington Baptist Church on Thursday, Nov. 27 at 10 a.m. Rev. Jennings W. Hobson III, Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church will be the preacher while music will be provided by James Freeman Jr. of Promise Land Baptist Church and the adult choir of Washington Baptist Church. Everyone is invited to this program of thanksgiving and worship.
This event is sponsored by the following area churches First Baptist Church, Flint Hill Baptist Church, Flint Hill United Methodist Church, Promise Land Baptist Church, Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Sperryville United Methodist Church, Washington Baptist Church and Willis Chapel United Methodist Church.
