Rappahannock News Staff Writer
The Rappahannock County Boys’ Varsity Basketball team is a young team, said Coach Eugene Baltimore, and he expects them to improve, not that they did badly last year when they made it to the regional semifinals at the University of Virginia.
Last year Rappahannock won 12 out of 23 games, surprising everybody, even Baltimore.
