REHABILITATION PROGRAM
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting request for proposals for project administration and management of the Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation Loan Program for Rappahannock County.
The successful bidder will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Indoor Pluming and Rehabilitation Program and be responsible for soliciting and procuring qualified contractors to participate in this program and shall be responsible for knowledge of and total compliance with all requirements contain in the indoor Plumbing Rehabilition Program Management Manual, May 1, 1997 Edition, as amended.
A full and complete set of bidding specification and qualifications is available from the County Administration Office at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Va 22747, during normal business hours, or by calling 540-675-3342.
All bids must be received in the County Administration Office, by Friday, December 12,1997, at 12:00 noon, when they will be publicly opened and read.
