Lee Sisk of Haywood and Roy Wayne Sisk of Mitchells and one daughter, Debbie Jean Jenkins of Madison.
Additional survivors include two brothers Eugene Sisk of Elkwood and James Sisk of Inlet and two sisters Margaret Sisk of Sperryville and Elaine Faulkner of Culpeper.
He is also survived by seven grandchildren David Lee Sisk, James Wayne Sisk, Samantha Angela Jenkins, Crystal Gail Sisk, Mike Sisk, Mark Sisk and Donnie Steve Jenkins Jr.
He was preceded in death by one sister Gloria Callahan.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 11 a.m. at the Nethers Mill Lighthouse Tabernacle with the Rev. Charles Clinedinst and the Rev. John Burke. Interment will follow at the Eltan Cemetery.
Pallbearers named are Kenny Jenkins, Richard Jenkins, Richard Jenkins Jr., Richard Fincham, Ronnie Jenkins and Roger Haynes.

She was bom Dec. 17,1994 in Culpeper.
She is survived by her mother, Marsha Faye Neff and' her father Michael William Wharton Jr.
