PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SU *99-04-02 Application By William M. Burke, owner of Tax Map I 56, Parcel 2 E, located in Stonewall- Hawthorn Dis, trict, for a Special Use permit to construct a family | apartment to house his father-in-law Apartment to be located in a manufactured home. Parcel consists of 5.5713 ac. Apartment to be less than 1,200 square feet. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards in Section 170-62(G).

SU *99-04-01 Application by Mr. Paul Bledsoe, owner of Tax Map 1, Parcel 61 0, in Wakefield Dist., desires a special use permit to construct a family apartment for his father in an accessory building to be built on the property. Structure is to be 24'x24', with a total of 1,200 square feet. Property is zoned “VR” Village Residential, and contains 2.389 ac Use allowed under section 170-36IA) of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards in Section 17062(G).

SU *99-03-03 David and Virginia Compton, owners of Tax Map 42, Parcel 14A in Jackson District, known as 461 Richmond Road, desire a Special Use permit to construct a family apartment for their son and his wife in an existing 24'x24' garage less than 25' from the main dwelling. Property is zoned “RR”- Rural Residential and contains 1.05 acres. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code; additional standards in Section 17062(G).

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 21, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make -pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
