Old Hollow residents are invited to attend an information gathering meeting with Virginia Department of Transportation Supervisor Bob Moore. The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize residents of all proposed work on the bridges and roads of that area. Construction on the first bridge at Apple Hill Bed and Breakfast is due to begin shortly.
Members of the “Old Hollow Road Stewardship Program” which is a community-based group designed to act as a liaison between VDOT and the neighbors who live in Old Hollow, want residents to know they have a voice in the selection of guard rails and in future proposals that would involve making changes to the roads.
