The town of Washington Architectural Review Board held its regular monthly meeting on April 8. They considered requests by Foster Harris House and Real Estate III.
Four of five members were present. Only Jonathan Monroe was absent.
John and Libby Byam, owners of Foster Harris House, submitted an application to install a shed behind the bed and breakfast. The new shed would be visible from behind the property, but not from Main Street. It would be the same color as the house.
They also propose to remove an existing shed and convert that spot into a picnic and seating area for guests. The board unanimously approved the request.
