Parade planned
Children in the area are invited to “decorate their wheels” and join in the fun of the annual “Parade of Wheels” at the 4th of July celebration in the Town of Washington. Wagons, wheelbarrows, skate boards, roller blades, bicycles, tricycles and strollers are all part of the festive parade this year. Prizes will be awarded to those the judges consider “the most patriotically decorated.” The parade is open to children from birth to 14 years of age.
