The Rappahannock County Board of Zoning Appeals had a relatively brief meeting for June. All members except for Chairman Alex Sharp were present. Also present was County Administrator John McCarthy.
The board approved a special use permit for Nancy Dillon. Ms. Dillon wishes to convert a small portion of a garage on her property on Fodderstack Road into an efficiency apartment.
Other business
The board had little in the way of other matters. There was one item of note: Jennifer Matthews was appointed Board Vice-Chair.
The next board meeting is scheduled for July 22.
