The Amissville firemen’s [carnival is currently underway and will continue through Saturday, July 1. Wednesday night is family night; Thursday night will be the parade at 7 p.m.; Friday will be crowning of the queen and the grand prizes will be awarded on Saturday night.
Wednesday rides will be $8 and the remainder of the week will be $10. Rides are once again sponsored by West Virginia Amusements Company and the entire community is encouraged to support this endeavor.
