On Friday, June 30 the band called Trust Me will be playing at Blue Moon Cafe just west of the Tbwn of Sperryville.
The band has recently formed and has been touring up and down the East Coast for six months. Founding members Larry Stametel and Doug Wanamaker are both seasoned musicians. Having gone to school together at Shenandoah Conservatory, Stametel and Wanamaker have a unique chemistry. Stametel has most recently been a recording artist as well as songwriter in Nashville.
Wanamaker has been around the Virginia music scene for years and has been a member of such bands as Indecision and The Gibb Droll Band. He is currently performing and recording with Everything when not on the road with Trust Me.
Their repertoire spans fifty years of music from Frank Sinatra to Bob Dylan as well as their own tunes. Their performances could include any number of cameo appearances from local and regional artists during their sets. Not only is their music capti
