wedding anniversary this month. Charles and Ruth Davis will celebrate 69 years of marriage on June 30.
They were married in 1931 in Washington D.C. Charles lives at the Rural Haven Rest Home in Front Royal and Ruth lives in Amissville with her daughter. Congratulations!
Don’t forget the Amissville parade and carnival this week. I see some of the rides are already going up. Enjoy a box dinner on Thursday and don’t leave without buying some tickets for the $1,000 grand prize.
Please say a prayer for Irma Holmes and family. Mrs. Holmes is in the hospital. Also, remember Louise Smith and Frances Semones in prayer.
