Duties include maintaining the engineering filling system, organization and storage of blueprints, engineering dept, documents and reports and creating and updating various reports using Excel spreadsheets and the company accounting system. Will provide secretarial support to the engineering, project management and quality control depts. Including operation of a print machine. This position requires thorough knowledge of PC’s in a Windows environment, MS Office and Excel, good organizational skills and attention to detail.
