Two large bams are also part of the outbuildings on the property. One of the bams was built around 1890 and contains the initials WAY for Weldon Americus Yowell, one of Johannes' sons. A winery and tasting room are located in this barn.
Five of the twenty-three acres of this farm are devoted to a vineyard. Only the grapes grown on the farm are used in the wines produced on the farm and most of the wine production is done by hand.
Sharp Rock Vineyards has been selling to the public for less than three years, but has already won a number of awards for its wines. The vineyard and tasting room will also be open for the House Tour.
