Margaret Summers

! Sperryville resident ! Margaret Virginia Summers, 72, of Sperryville died on Thursday, Sept. 28 at Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton. ; Mrs. Summers was bom July 6, 1928. She was a childcare provider.

Surviving are her husband, Robert M. Summers of Sperryville; three foster daughters, LaTonya Aylor of Sperryville, Alicia Bowman a)nd Consuella Bowman, both of Laurel, Md; two foster sons, Arathon Aylor of Sperryville and David Bowman of Laurel, Md.; three sisters, Pauline Bailey of Woodbridge, Rosa Hawley of Germantown, Md., and Dorothy Reeves of Manassas; a brother, William R. Dove of Washington, D.C.; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Oct. 2 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, in Gainesville with Rev. Boykin Young officiating and Rev John Pendleton delivering the eulogy.

Joynes Funeral Home Inc. in Warrenton was in charge of the arrangements.
