I hope everyone had a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!
I hear the Community Thanksgiving Service was very nice and the Bethel Baptist Church was full to capacity. It is wonderful to see our community come together to give thanks at this special time of the year.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Kelly Edwards as he was rushed to the hospital from the church on Wednesday night. He is recovering in Fairfax Hospital.
Donations for the Amissville Community Christmas Fund can be sent to P.O.Box 75 Amissville, Va. 20106. All donations are tax deductible. The donations will help purchase items for the food baskets for the needy.
