December meeting for Democrats

The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will hold its December meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Library where the focus will be on the just past/current election and the future. All are warmly welcomed and invited to linger for refreshments which will be more liberal than conservative. Band Boosters to meet

Indoor soccer to begin Dec. 2

Registration forms for Indoor Soccer are now available at RCES, RCHS and the Rappahannock Library. On- site registration will begin Dec. 2 at 3:30 p.m. at the RCHS gym (it is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis).

Games begin at 4 p.m., depending on age. All 9-12th graders play from 6 to 8 p.m. If you are new to Rappahannock Soccer League, a birth certificate is required. The cost is $20 for the first family member and $15 for each additional family members.

The Rappahannock Soccer League will supply balls. Shin ' guards are required, elbow and knee pads are suggested and ! absolutely no shoes are allowed that will leave black marks on the gym floor! This program runs through the end of February. ■ Call Mark Wallace at 675-1035 for more information. !
