She was the daughter of the late Clarence William Jenkins Sr. and Neva Reva Sisk Jenkins. She was the wife of the late Robert H. Jenkins Sr.
Mrs. Jenkins was a foster parent for many years, providing a home to over 100 children. She was a special lady and loved all her children and her many animals.
Mrs. Jenkins is survived by three sons, Robert (Dick) Jenkins Jr. and his wife Carol of Amissville, Steve Jenkins and his wife, Shari and Tim Jenkins and his wife, Sandy, all of Sperryville and five daughters, Peggy Bradley of North Carolina, Gertie Jenkins, Tammy Jenkins and Sandra Jenkins, all of Culpeper and Patricia Dodson and her husband Rusty of Reva.
Additional survivors include 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and John S. Buckner, who was like a son to her.
Mrs. Jenkins is also survived by her sisters, Mabel Jenkins and Charlotte Blevins and a brother, Clarence Jenkins.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at Found & Sons Funeral Home in Culpeper with Pastor Bruce Fincham officiating.
Interment followed at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Benny May, Ricky May, Robert Jenkins III, Kenny Jenkins, Donny Jenkins and Tommy Jenkins.
John Dyer served as a honorary pallbearer.

Eleanora Ann Rita Julia S. Massimo Whitfield, 82, born in the Bronx, N.Y. City on March 9, 1918 died in the early morning hours of Oct. 31.
She was predeceased by her parents, Elear (Leo) Massimo and Ada Cosimini; her siblings, Archie E. Massimo and Hazel M. Fannon, widow of her brotherin-law, Chester W. Fannon of whom she was so fond.
She was the widow of Admiral James Dickson Whitfield Jr. from Franklin, Tenn.. 1930 Class of USNA
