Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Murray L. "Sal" Sallinger were held on Friday, Nov. 24 at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison Chapel in Madison. Burial was in Etlan Cemetery.

Dorothy Brown Weaver, 94, of Boston died Saturday, Nov. 18 at Autumn Care of Madison.
She was bom March 14, 1906 in Rappahannock County to the late Emerson and Emma Brown.
Mrs. Weaver was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. She was a basket maker for many years. Her husband was the late Chester Jackson Weaver.
She is survived by a son, Chester Jackson Weaver Jr. and two daughters, Dorothy Anne Beck and Betty Joe Burke, all of Boston.
Additional survivors include two sisters, Fay Casey of Culpeper and Hazel Allen of Washington, D.C., 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and seven great-greatgrandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Robert Goodloe Weaver and four sisters, Winifred Tidier, Julia Carver, Woodrow Bennett and Huck Brown.
