Our community expresses their heartfelt sympathy to area people who have recently lost loved ones namely to the family of Mrs. Dorothy (Chester) Weaver who passed away at Autumn Care in Madison on Nov. 18, to the Thornhill family upon the loss of their brother, Joseph, who passed away Friday at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
Also the family of Mr. James (Billy) Nicholson who departed this life on Tuesday at University of Virginia Hospital, and to the family of Mrs. Mattie Bailey Woodward, a former Boston resident, who passed away at Oasis Rest Home in Richmond on Nov. 13.
Mrs. Janet Peregory entertained Mrs. Bill Peregory and Mrs. Missy Bragg on Tuesday in honor of Missy's birthday.
Thanksgiving Day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Shelvy Frazier on Castleton Ford Road were Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Burke of Rochelle, Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville, Charles Wharton of Woodville, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Compton of Flint Hill, Miss Brenda Frazier of Culpeper, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher of Boston, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory, Joseph, Jennifer and Ray Wharton, all local.
