criminals come from violent, inhumane circumstances?
Recently it has been especially evident that our successful wars in Iraq and Kosovo were blunt instruments indeed for solving problems. In thinking we are solving problems related to violent crime by legally murdering its practitioners, we are again looking in a wrong direction. Eventually, we may become civilized enough to abolish capital punishment. Support a moratorium on legal murder. It will make you think new thoughts.
