Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, March 1 at Moser Funeral Home. Interment was at the cemetery at the Amissville United Methodist Church.

William Carl Weaver Sr., died Feb. 23 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
He was born May 21, 1897 in Amissville, where he continued to live for the 103 years of his life.
He was predeceased by his wife, Blanche Sims Weaver and two daughters, Eloise Bryant and Yvonne (Bonnie) Pritchett.
He is survived by Five daughters, Sylvia Wilkerson and Roslyn Randall, both of Florida, Juanita Grimerstein of Pennsylvania, Patricia Koons of California and Janice Duncan of Falls Church and four sons, William Weaver of Culpeper, Carroll Weaver of Amissville, Ronald Weaver of Sperryville and Donald Weaver of Ohio.
Graveside services were conducted on Monday, Feb. 26 at Amissville Methodist Church Cemetery.
Clore-English Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
