Cub Scout Pack 190 held its Blue and Gold Banquet Friday at Wakefield School at Huntly. Cubs attending included Jonathan Andrews, Chris Stewart, Matthew Lynn, Joel Dubenitz, Devon Suter, Skip Giles, Channel Himelright, Ian Williams, David Korn, Alex Smith, Lou Brown, Kevin Weil, Jeff Rozie and Chris Ledgard.
Robert T. Dennis, a nationally known conservationist and Flint Hill resident, has been appointed Executive Director of the Piedmont Environmental Council, according to PEC Board Chairman B. Powell Harrison. Dennis was selected from more than 100 applicants.
The Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection has started plans for a Spring Bam Dance to be held at Wakefield School auditorium on April 11. The dance will feature the popular Case’s Cloggers who called the last barn dance held by RLEP. Committee members are Helen Holschuh,
