Integrative yoga classes \

Integrative yoga is currently underway at Rappahannock’ Healing Arts and will be held on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. Karen, Loving, certified Alexander Technique teacher, combines her yoga teaching and the Alexander Technique to move you through the deep, gentle stretches of yoga postures. Yoga is for any age, body type or degree of flexibility. Call 547-2596 to register.

Share the Fun Talent Show set [

The 4-H Share The Fun Talent Show will be held Friday, March' 24 at the Rappahannock County High School. Anyone interested in performing can pick up information at the Rappahannock County, Elementary or High Schools or the Extension Office. Flint HiU sets carnival dates

The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company's annual fireman’s carnival has a new date and also new rides for this year. The dates are June 13-16 and Virginia Premier Events will provide the rides. i

The grand parade will be held Friday, June 15 with grand prize, drawings on Saturday, June 16. This year's prizes are a 2001 Chevy S-10 pickup and a registered Black Angus heifer. Anyone interested in helping with the carnival may call the firehouse at 675-3286.

Sound of Music to be presented

The Windmore Foundation and the Culpeper Chapter National League of Junior Cotillions will present The Sound of Music on' Saturday, March 10 on stage in the forum at Culpeper Middei School. The evening will include a pre-performance reception from 7:15 to 7:45 p.m. CaH 547-2555 for reserved tickets.
