Rappahannock Animal Welfare League (RAWL) can’t state strongly enough how important we feel it is to spay or neuter your pets.
Millions of dogs, cats, puppies and kittens are euthanized (put to death) each year in this country.
There are more animals who are abandoned and die with great suffering under circumstances less desirable than even euthanasia.
Please — be a responsible pet owner and help prevent more unwanted animals. Most people agree, a spayed or neutered animal makes a better pet and companion!
RAWL is located at the Landfill on Route 639 off US 211 in Amissville. Hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every day except Wednesday and Sunday.
