Lenten services begin on Wednesday, March 7 at the Washington Baptist Church.
The pot luck supper begins at 6:15 p.m. with worship services beginning at 7 p.m. Rector Rosalie Hoddinott will be the speaker on the topic of Mother Mary and the Methodist will furnish the music.
Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz spent from Thursday until Saturday last week with Mrs. Denise Jakubowicz and family in Doylestown, Pa. Miss Kristi Jakubowicz of Rutland, Vt. also joined the family for several days.
Happy birthday to Mrs. Sandra Jenkins who will have her day on Thursday, March 8.
