Mrs. Willis was born Dec. 23, 1912 in Chester Gap, a daughter of the late Walter H. and Rosa F. Smith Williams.
She was the next to last charter member of First Assembly of God Church. Since 1934 she served in Bible clubs, Vacation Bible School and taught Sunday School for over 50 years.
Mrs. Willis attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Mo.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William “Willie” Willis; three sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include many nieces, nephews, greatnieces and great-nephews.
Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
