• Liz and David Varela, former RCES parents, and friends, will visit RCES to demonstrate American Indian songs, dances and crafts on Friday, Feb. 22, for students in grades K-5. If you are free artd would enjoy sharing this special event with us, please come.
• Have you ever had trouble hearing students speak or sing on stage at RCES? Have you had trouble seeing the students in the back row? Do you have trouble getting that perfect picture because of inadequate stage lighting? Then please ask how you can help. Art teacher Harriette Rosenblatt and Music teacher Joy Rollins have begun raising funds to renovate the stage lighting and sound systems at the elementary school.
