The Virginia Association of Soil & Water Conservation Districts (VASWCD) will also be awarding at least four $1,000 scholarships.
Call the CSWCD at 8258591 for a CSWCD application and/or a VASWCD application. Applications for both scholarships must be completed and submitted to the CSWCD by March 25.
