Christopher Goodine watched last Wednesday evening as the Washington Town Council held the fate of his long-time dream in its hands.
Goodine, sitting on the front bench in the Town Hall at the council’s July 9 meeting, hoped to build a larger jewelry design shop next to his current one on Main Street in Washington and needed a front yard variance in order to make this a realitv.
