Saturday mornings for 21-yearold Angela Jenkins are different from others which many women her age enjoy.

Instead of recovering from a late night out with friends, she spends the morning with her three and a half year old daughter, Breianna Settle.

“I was expected to grow up faster. I don’t go out and party. I stay home with my daughter,” Jenkins said.

According to the Center for Disease Control the average woman in Virginia is 25.7 years of age at the time of her first child’s birth.
