Lions Club members, their families and friends assembled at the Rappahannock County Park on July 10 to witness the swearing-in of the new King Lion as Yogi Bear passed the gavel of authority to Lion Tom Tepper who has agreed to guide the Lion Prid6 through the next year. Everyone enjoyed the food and the fellowship in spite of foul weather. N.
