As the town turns
Lest we bore our county friends with more talk
about the Town of Washington, we want to
take note of events that didn't make the news this week and happened quietly.
As our thoughts^were focused on the fate of the Worleys and whether they are going to appeal the decision preventing them from building their dream house in the town and as we wondered in amazement how the Goodines' construction ever got started without proper permits, we almost missed a town passage.
