Owners of land adjacent to any Rappahannock County river, stream, intermittent stream, spring, seep, wetland, pond, or sinkhole, or of former wetlands capable of being restored, can participate if the land has had row crops planted on it for at least two of the last five years (with pasture or hay in rotation) or is currently being used to graze livestock.
