The “Singing and Pickin” party which is a monthly event will be taking place at Salem Fire Hall on Route 522 on Friday, July 25 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Food is available by the fire department and for a time of fellowship and support of the fire company, make plans now to attend.
Becky Tuel and daughter Mandy and Barbara Tharp of Culpeper attended the “Housewarming Party” for Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Hitt and son Nicholas, who moved into their new house on “Acorntop Mountain” on the Fourth of July.
Wedding anniversary wishes go out to Mr. and Mrs. Terry Cubbage whose day is Saturday, and to nephew and niece, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Swindler who will celebrate another year on Monday.
