Serves as the college's Human Resource Officer and manages the payroll processing Knows all aspects of CIPPS payroll procedures/operations. Maintains Agency personnel records. Administers all fringe benefits programs. Monitors recruitment actions for correctness. Counsels employees about work-related problems. Interprets federal, state and human resource policies for management and employees Administers provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Advises employees about compensation issues and promptly resolves any problems that develop relative thereto.
