In addition to following the road map, we are implementing a suggestion form for employees, students, and citizens to use to help us make improvements and reduce costs. We will make these forms available in the offices and on our website. We can’t guarantee that every suggestion will be followed. But many will be used, and we promise a reply to all who choose to sign the forms.
