those men and women who grow and dry the flowers, and these who cruise yard sales for containers for arrangements are hard at work to get ready for Oct. 16 and 17, the dates of the 48th annual fund-raiser of the Episcopal Church Women of Trinity Church in Washington.

Not that the work is limited to members of the church—this is a community affair, and many contribute time and talent to make it a success, and raise money for charity.
