Refreshments go on sale at 10 o’clock: coffee, tea, ice tea, plus homemade cookies and brownies.
The purpose of the sale is to finance citizen education and promote civic values and understanding. There also will be a voter registration booth near the door. Everyone is welcome.

conjunction with the House Tour, brings many visitors to the county. This year tea will be served from 2-5 p.m. each day at the Middleton Inn in Washington.
Houses will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17. Admission for the tour is $15 for all three houses, and this fee includes the tea. Individual houses may be visited for $5 each.
