Harvey showed off the series of freezers that take the newly made ice cream to minus 32 degrees for a number of hours, and then the ones that “warm” it up to a couple of degrees above zero before finally allowing the ice cream to be placed into the bins for use by the scoopers in the store.
“We let it warm up a bit so that it’s easier for the kids to work it,” Harvey explained.
