“Every year, every player makes her own contribution,” he said. “I want them to work on their weaknesses both as individuals and as a team so that they can be the best they can be.”
Nieters says his team is very well rounded this year, with five of his nine players returning from last year’s squad. “I don’t have any bench players,” he offers. “Any player on the team can be a part of the starting line-up, because all of them will go in the game before we complete a rotation.”
