Rappahannock News Staff Writer

In its pursuit to have students reach their full potential through education, the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation has awarded a $90,000 grant to the Headwaters organization and the Rappahannock County public schools.

This grant is the second part to a planning grant which was received in July in the amount of $3,500. That portion is being used to explore other localities that already have a classic model for college access to lowincome students in operation.
