• Rappahannock County public schools will be closed for students from Wednesday, Dec. 22 through Friday, Dec. 31. They will reopen for students on Monday, Jan. 3. The School Board will be open for business on Wednesday, Dec. 22, Tuesday, Dec. 28 and Wednesday, Dec. 29. • All Department of Motor Vehicles customer service centers will close at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23 and remain closed all day on Friday, Dec. 24 and Saturday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas holidays. Offices also will be closed for the day on Friday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, Jan. 1 for the New’s Year’s holiday. • The Rappahannock Fitness Center will be open its usual days except Friday, Dec. 24, Saturday, Dec. 25, Friday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, Jan. 1.
