Questions were raised by Goodine as to the town’s subdivision ordinance with regard to right of way. The proposed right of way is 50feet, which includes a 20y2Dfoot right of way and 20y2Dfeet for the street width, leaving an additional 10-feet.
Council member Alice Butler raised questions regarding the lot sizes and if they did in fact conform to the town’s ordinance.
