Duties include day to day management and operational supervision of our state licensed Adult Day Care Center program. Conducts client assessments for program and develops individual care plans Assures clients' needs are met and assists clients with ADL's and activities as needed. Successful candidate must possess strong organizational, customer serv ice, supers isory and communication skills to function in this strong team environment. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed Monday thru Friday. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in nursing, gerontology, social work or a related field with a minimum of 2 years experience working with the frail elderly or special population group.
