County Administrator John McCarthy before decisions were made since the property does partially lie within the county.

In a public hearing regarding subdivision of the DeBergh property, council member Jean Goodine was concerned with construction that would take place on the property. Her main concern was how heavy machinery would navigate through Gay Street as it is too narrow to accommodate large trucks.

Michael Brown, attorney for DeBergh advised that the trucks could come in by way of Wheeler Street and turn at the corner of Wheeler and Main.
